New features in MixW V3.2.1 Jul 11 2016

1. The "Toggle QSO Meter Indicator" is a nice feature for contesting. Find it under "View".
2. "QSO STATISTIC" is nice ! It tracks 11 modes ! Thanks for adding FM to the list. The list of modes being tracked now are: SSB/CW/RTTY/PACKET/PACTOR/USB/BPSK-31/PSK3/FM/BPSK-63/BPSK-125.
NOTE: PSK3 needs to be fixed to PSK-31....
